About Us

Reilly's therapy & associates

Undertaking therapy can often be a challenging prospect, especially if this is your first time seeking this kind of support. Equally, it can prove to be a deeply rewarding journey of self-discovery which facilitates positive growth.

It is Susan’s intention to co-create a safe environment in which you may become empowered, educated and inspired to awaken your own inner creative healing potential. Susan has a proven track record in helping many clients move forwards with their lives.

A Few Words from Susan

Quotation mark

My view is that on some level everything makes sense. Meaning everything we do, however, painful or seemingly nonsensical this may be, has its roots in something in our developmental, earlier or experiential life, which at some point has served a purpose for us.

Sometimes, these processes and behaviours may lose their effectiveness over time. In therapy we investigate these processes, exploring their origins, benefits, and patterns. We then examine if you want to keep these or explore the journey of letting go. Always working towards the best outcome and with complete autonomy to you.
